Getting to Ghost Island
So....where exactly is Ghost Island?
The Isle of Wight - Ghostisland - is a British island and county of England, set in the English Channel, 3-5 miles (5-8 km) off the south coast, and separated from the mainland by the Solent. The Island is known for its outstanding natural beauty, its world-famous sailing at the town of Cowes, and its many seaside resorts, which have been popular holiday destinations since Victorian times.
'The Island' as it is known locally, is about 60 miles from London. As there is no bridge, unless you fly in by private plane, the only way to get here is by boat.
